How will I get paid for my golf balls?
We send payment by check within 24 hours of receiving your golf balls.
How do I send you my golf balls?
After you submit the form, we’ll send you everything you need:

- Prepaid UPS shipping labels
Just pack the balls, attach the label, and drop them off at your local UPS location.
What if I don’t like the offer?
No problem. If you decline the offer, we’ll ship your golf balls back to you for free. There’s no obligation to sell.

That depends on the brand and condition. Some are reconditioned, some refurbished, others resold as-is, and the rest responsibly recycled.
Can I use my own boxes?
Yes. As long as the box can securely hold the shipment and the balls don’t move around during transit, you can use boxes you already have.
Where are you located? Can I just drop them off to you?
We have an office in Michigan and an office in Florida. Your balls will be sent to one of those two locations. If you are local, you can call and make an appointment to drop them off if you would like.
What if I don’t like the price you will pay for my golf balls? How can I get my golf balls back?
If you do not want to sell your golf balls to us, we will pack your golf balls and ship them back to you that same day. You won’t have to pay for shipping! It’s on us!
